Utilities, heavy industry, food producers and developers across the Egyptian market. On site since 2020 — and still the first call when the spare part has to match the original.
Utilities, marine and infrastructure, steel, food & beverage, chemicals and development — each with a different definition of what "acceptable" means, and all of them right.

DevelopmentRepresentative scopes drawn from work delivered since 2020. Commercial detail is withheld — the engineering is not.

A dewatering line was passing thin cake and blinding cloths inside a shift. We re-selected the feed pump for a progressing-cavity unit sized on solids rather than on flow, matched the polymer dosing skid to the actual conditioning demand, and specified the cloth to the sludge. Cake dryness moved into the design band and the press ran a full shift.

A plant was venting condensate and running two boilers where one would do. We surveyed the trap population, replaced failed thermodynamic traps with the correct type per application, rebuilt the PRV stations with proper separation and relief, and returned condensate to the boiler house. The second boiler became a standby.

A development had a fire pump room specified on price, with equipment that could not be listed. We resupplied electric and diesel sets to NFPA 20 with listed controllers, built the flow-test line so the annual test could be witnessed, and compiled the certificates into a file the insurer and civil defence accepted without a second visit.
Water and environment operators, where the metering has to be defensible and the pumps have to run continuously.
Authority-grade infrastructure work, where documentation and material traceability are part of the deliverable.
High-temperature and abrasive service, where a wrong material specification is discovered the expensive way.
Hygienic wetted parts, CIP-capable equipment and instrumentation that survives the cleaning cycle.
Seal-less pumps and correctly specified elastomers, because containment is not a performance target — it is the requirement.
Coordinated MEP packages that a main contractor can install to programme without redesigning them first.
